Policies

CANCELLED ORDERS

Orders will not be cancelled once freight fees have been applied to the order or if in transit to the destination. Refer to our Refund Policy for additional restrictions.

CREDIT CARDS

All major credit cards are accepted as long as the Billing Information provided for the order matches the billing address that is on file with the credit card issuer. If this information is incorrect the order may be rejected at the discretion of Tuday’s Artisan, LLC.

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

This feature provides the visitor with a snapshot of how we are satisfying other customers. Personal information provided on the form is kept confidential.

DISCOUNT REFUND

An additional discount associated with a promotional sale. The refund is credited to the customers account (credit card or Pay Pal) when the order has been received by the customer.

EXCHANGE AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Tuday's Artisan, LLC d/b/a Tuday's Hobby Models or Tuday's Craft & Gift will upon email request to sales@tudaysartisan.com exchange or substitute an item of equal value for items purchased. Equal value means of same price, weight and similar packaged volume. Item Substitution and/or Exchanges must be received at our facility within 60 days of the date of purchase. Other restrictions apply to this offer. The buyer must pay for return freight to our store location, including insurance to cover damaged or lost parcels and the insurance must be sufficient to cover the buyer's loss. We have the right to refuse the substitution and/or exchange based upon the condition of the packaged item. If an Inspection Seal is broken the package will be considered as having been opened and therefore is not eligible for return, exchange or substitution. Please refer to our Refund Restrictions for items being consideration for exchange or substitution. We will not exchange paint or hobby glue.

PERCENTAGE (%) OFF FULL PRICE SHIPPING DISCOUNT CHART

The Percentage (%) Off the Full Price Shipping Discount Chart is processed at the time the order is placed. A returned, exchange or substitution order is charged the full cost for shipping.

INSURANCE

Shipping insurance covers damage to the contents of the package and delivery to the incorrect address by the shipping carrier. The insurance does not cover incorrect delivery addresses given to us by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

All customers ordering from outside the United States of America, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and outlying USA Islands, are International Customers. However, destinations outside the USA including Hawaii, Alaska and USA Islands are considered as International Destinations due to additional air freight fees. All International Customers outside the USA excluding Alaska, Hawaii and USA Islands must use Pay Pal to process their order through the secured payment gateway center. MODEL REVIEW

Customer’s may comment and submit digital images for the product or model of choice. Private information is kept confidential. Images can be submitted by email to sales@tudaysartisan.com

PAY PAL USER

All customers using Pay Pal for payment must be Confirmed by Pay Pal, Eligible for the Seller/Buyer Protection Plan and have a Pay Pal Verified address. Tuday’s Artisan, Tuday’s Hobby Models, and Tuday’s Craft & Gift accept Pay Pal Refund, Exchange and Substitution policies.

REFUND POLICY

Any item purchased online must be returned to Tuday's Artisan, LLC within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund minus a Restocking Fee of $10.00, Sales Receipt Handling Fee of $0.99, Sales Receipt Shipping & Insurance Fee and Credit Card Transaction Fees of 3.6% of total order amount, or Handling Fee for Pay Pal use of 4.5% of the total order amount. The buyer must pay for return freight to our store location, including insurance to cover damaged or lost parcels and the insurance must be sufficient to cover the buyer's loss. We have the right to refuse a refund based upon the condition of the item being returned. If you are considering return of items to our business, please read the following restrictions before proceeding.

REFUND RESTRICTIONS:

  1. All of the contents and parts must be in the original box, unopened, undamaged and in the wrapper and/or the inspection sticker intact.
  2. All packages received by the customer from the freight carrier that are damaged require written verification by the carrier before a return can be considered if an insurance claim is to be submitted.
  3. The purchaser must email us with an explanation of what is being requested and include with the return the Sales Receipt.
  4. Content packaging must not be damaged, blemished, abused or misused in any way.
  5. If an Inspection seal is broken the package is considered as having been opened and is not eligible for refund, exchange or substitution.
  6. The return package requires insurance to cover loss, damage or tampering of the package.
  7. The consumer must pay for exchange freight to and from our facility.
  8. Paint, glue and heat/cold sensitive products are not returnable items for refund, exchange or substitution.

SHIPPING

The United States Postal Service and UPS will require signature from someone at that residence. All packages delivered are confirmed by the carrier and resident. If the destination address is a gated community, university dormitory or military base that information must be added to the order at the time of address processing. If the package is not deliverable, it will become the purchaser's responsibility to pick up the item(s) from the carriers location. Thereafter, the package will be returned to our facility as undeliverable. Once the package is returned, examined and found to be in resale condition, a partial refund will be issued. Please refer to our Refund Policy for fees that affect your order. The residents name must appear on the shipping address as either:

1. Receiver of the package, or
2. In-Care-Of the package.

As a United States of America customer it is your responsibility to use the United States Postal Address System that is typical for any postage mailed letter or package. Not following this system will result in delayed shipment of your order, or can result in delivery to another address. Insurance does not cover errors for incorrect delivery address. For international orders customers must follow their countries accepted Postal Address System. Not following this system will result in delayed shipment of your order, or can result in delivery to another address. Insurance does not cover errors for incorrect delivery address. In either circumstance where the incorrect address is given no refund will be issued, unless the package is re-delivered to our facility in resalable condition.

SHIPPING DISCOUNT

Shipping Discounts are deducted from shipping fees collected at the time the order was placed. For any USA billing address, if the shipping destination is within the continental USA you will receive the discount. However, for any USA billing address, if the shipping destination is outside the USA, in Alaska, Hawaii or outlying USA Islands requiring air freight you will not receive the discount. WARRANTY

Tuday's Artisan and affiliates Tuday's Hobby Models and Tuday's Craft & Gift do not warrant any of the products sold to customers. Refer to the manufacture's warranty for specific instruction and/or information. If a part for a product is missing do not return the product to us. We will endeavor to get the missing part replaced as soon as available from the manufacture.
